The Lakeside Park Hotel Spa is one of the best spas on the Isle of Wight, with spa & leisure facilities and a relaxing environment that are second-to-none. Lakeside Park Hotel Spa has 4 beauty treatment rooms and a relaxation room offering a wide range of body treatments and beauty therapies, including facials, massage, manicures, pedicures, waxing and kur treatments. *
Our relaxing leisure facilities provide an opportunity to chill and spend some quality time in our hydro experience which includes a 10 x 5m heated indoor hydro-pool with integrated shoulder massage jets, spa pool, sauna, steam room and the ultimate in hydrotherapy - a fragranced 'Experience' shower to stimulate, awaken and revitalise the senses.
Further relaxation or stimulation can be found in the grounds of the Lakeside Park Hotel Spa, designated an Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and with a variety of signposted walks from the hotel around Wootton and its picturesque creek. The Isle of Wight is a perfect location for walking and mountain biking holidays, with many footpaths and bridleways covering its spectacular coast and countryside.

Terms & Conditions of Treatment
Your day in the Spa
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to either fill in a medical questionnaire if you are a new client or to simply relax prior to your treatment. If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reduce the time allocated to your treatment in order not to inconvenience other clients; however the full treatment charge will be made.
Personal items
We recommend that you look after your valuables, as we cannot accept responsibility for their loss.
Reservations
We recommend that your Spa reservation be made at least 3 weeks in advance of your treatment.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please provide 24hrs notice, otherwise 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. If you are on a pre-paid course, your treatments may be deducted.
Booking policy
Credit card details will be required to book any treatments of 2hrs and over.
Refunds will not be given on pre-paid courses, gift vouchers and products.
Mobile phones
We would like to think of the Spa as your own private “quite zone” where silence, subtle music and soft conversation reign. To ensure your relaxation and that of others is not disturbed; we request that your mobile phone should be switched off during your Spa visit. Thank you.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available from The Spa and The Brasserie and may provide the ideal gift for a special occasion. They are supplied with a copy of our treatment menu and skin care samples when available.
Gift Vouchers will expire at the end of the month shown on the voucher. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and all change due will be given in voucher form, bearing the same expiry date as the original voucher.
Gratuities cannot be deducted from gift vouchers. Lost Gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
All gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
Customer service policy
We will always endeavour to provide the very best quality of service and client care at The Spa. We invite you to fill out our client questionnaires following treatment. These provide us with a means to assess customer satisfaction and can be found in the relaxation areas of our Spa. If you wish to do so, comments can be forward via e-mail marked ‘F.A.O.
