Kingfisher Room

The Kingfisher Suite conference room can be configured to suit individual seating arrangements and tailored to specific conference, presentation, event or seminar requirements.

The main Conference Room has an AV system designed so that each half of the conference room can be used either independently or as one large space.

  • Conference and seminar facilities comprise:
  • 140 delegate capacity in theatre-style layout, or 70 in each divided conference room (class room, u-shaped, board room and cabaret layouts available).
  • Audio inputs for the connection of laptops, CD’s, DVD presentations, etc.
  • Induction loop systems for hearing-aid users in main conference room.
  • Portable induction loop unit for meeting rooms.
  • Portable projector trolleys with video & data projectors.
  • Tripod projector screens.
  • Complimentary WiFi access throughout the conference and meeting rooms.
